We are experts in safely packaging our creations and offer UK Mainland courier delivery as standard. Those ordering from overseas will have a shipping charge calculated at check-out. Your purchase will be in safe hands.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders and have them with you within 7 days (UK Mainland - for other zones please check our delivery information), but if an item is not in stock, then it will be made to order. Please therefore allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery, to ensure you have your piece in good time for your big day.

Sizing
Our hats and headpieces are sized as 'one size' - unless stated otherwise, in the product description.
Where they have a comb or hairband attachment, these will fit any head size.
Hats that have a crown measurement are 'one size' as standard. Unless size selections are shown on a drop down menu under the product options - please select the relevant size when ordering.

Care Instructions
Your Vivien Sheriff masterpiece has been made by hand by skilled artisans using delicate finishes - as such we are sure you will want to to treat them with care: Please do not pick up or carry hats by the brim, or by their trims, and please do not to wear them in the rain as they will become damaged.
Our price includes a free hat box for storage, we recommend you store your piece as soon as possible after wear. Hats with brims should always be put in the box upside down.
