What size do I need to order?
Our hats and headpieces are sized as 'one size' - unless stated otherwise, in the product description. Where they have a comb or hairband attachment, these will fit any head size. Hats that have a crown measurement are shown on a drop down menu under the product options, so please select the relevant size when ordering.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We endeavour to dispatch all orders and have them with you within 7 days (UK Mainland - for other zones please check our delivery information), but if an item is not in stock, then it will be made to order. Please therefore allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery, to ensure you have your piece in good time for your big day.Please don't hesitate to let us know if you need an order sooner than we have stipulated on our delivery info, as we are always happy to assist with rush orders!
